I so much appreciated the manner of approach I received to my initial email inquiry, as I was having technical issues with installation and locating the necessary folders relating to enhancing my already great experience with the newly released Passenger2 software. David has been very detailed and very helpful, with speedy email responses in minutes to my emails with screen shots, steps, and options on how and what steps to take to find a solution to the technical issue I was having. I was not having my Passenger2 folders come up or install in my document folder, even after countless uninstalling and re-installing attempts to discover them, apparently because my OneDrive Sync was enabled.

But thanks to David, after a few email exchanges with steps from David on what to do, I am happy to say my technical issue is now resolved. I can't stress enough how happy and relieved I am to have this resolved. David played a big part in the experience, as he gave me a sense of assurance that this would be resolved by his speedy technical expertise and email responses.

I want to say thank you again, David. and am sorry to have kept you up all night with my flock of emails relating to the issues. My email experience chatting with you has been fantastic, and I really appreciate all your help and support throughout the process.
