This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Passenger2 digital products, including Passenger2x, Passenger2 Pro/Lite, Passenger2 Manager, and any future digital content or services (“Software”).
Passenger2 is a UK‑based digital software provider. All purchases are governed by UK consumer law.
1. Digital Content & Legal Framework
Passenger2 software is classified as digital content under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under UK law:
- Once digital content is accessed, downloaded, installed, or used, the statutory right to cancel no longer applies.
- Passenger2 provides immediate access upon purchase.
- Therefore, all sales are final once access is granted, except where legally‑defined exceptions apply.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel is lost once access is provided.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
You may be entitled to a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

- You notify Passenger2 within 24 hours of purchase.
- You provide all requested diagnostic information.
- Passenger2 is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
