Private Aircraft DLC, Roadmap and What’s Next

It’s been a little while since our last development post, so before anything else, we want to start with a quick apology. We know updates have been slower than usual recently, and yes, we’re aware we’ve slipped a little behind the roadmap. Life threw a few curveballs our way over the past month, including moving house and dealing with a rather dramatic incident involving pipes deciding to explode at the worst possible moment. Not ideal. But despite the chaos, work has absolutely been continuing behind the scenes, and today we’re excited to share several important updates, including the release of the Private Aircraft DLC this weekend.

Passenger2 Society

Although updates have been quieter, we haven’t been sitting still. One of the biggest things happening behind the scenes is the launch of our new community‑focused Passenger2 Society. This is our way of rewarding the people who support Passenger2 day in, day out. By logging flights, sharing content, submitting reviews, or helping the community grow, you’ll earn Society Credits that build your rank and move you closer to our exclusive Founder’s Circle Top Tier Status, which even includes free merch (shipping required). It’s a long‑term progression system designed to celebrate your activity and make Passenger2 feel more connected than ever. You can learn more about the Passenger2 Society here.

Updated Website. And Something New…

You may have noticed that the Passenger2 website has had a refresh. Cleaner layout, updated pages, and improved navigation, all part of making things easier to find and nicer to use.

And yes, the observant among you will have spotted something new: Console.

We’re not sharing details yet (you know how quickly copycats appear the moment we say anything), but we can confirm that we’ve been working on bringing Passenger2 to console platforms. More information will be released later, once we’re ready.

What’s Next? DLC First.

After reviewing feedback and demand, we’ve decided to focus on completing the remaining two DLC packs before anything else. These are clearly what the community wants most, and finishing them will allow us to move forward with the rest of the roadmap more cleanly.

Next up is the Cargo Airliners DLC, which we expect to take 4–8 weeks to complete, although we’re not making any promises on exact timing. As always, quality comes first. Once the DLC lineup is complete, we’ll be returning to the roadmap with full focus.

Thank You

Thanks for your patience during the quieter period, and for the continued support, feedback, and enthusiasm. Life got in the way for a bit, but development is very much back on track, and we’re excited for what’s coming next.

The Private Aircraft DLC arrives this weekend. Cargo Airliners DLC development begins immediately after. And yes… console is coming.

More updates soon.
